Our History
When formed in 2025 EVOLVUNG brought together a remarkably experienced group of specialists with wide industry-sector knowledge to assist companies faced with new and challenging realities. We tailor our approach to your need. We know that Business Intelligence is not about data, but how that data becomes useful information. We help you to automate your business processes. In doing so, we rely on valued partners and platforms from manufacturers such as Microsoft, AWS and others. We not only advise you, we also implement the solutions from A-Z.

Nikos Tziatzios
Our Founder, Nikos Tziatzios built on his background in multi-million dollar global transformation contracts to develop a gap in the consultation market. He knew he could draw on former colleagues to guide critical transformations responsive to emerging, fast-changing realities impacting different sectors, and companies of different sizes and complexity. As a key point of contact between Board and the wider organisation, Nikos and his team have often returned wavering customer relationships to trust and forward momentum. Nikos draws especially on his knowledge of the regulatory and compliance environment of Financial Services in Germany and the wider EU. His specialty is translating analytical thinking into understandable simplicity.
Vassilios Vlachos
Vassili has more than twenty-five years’ experience of IT management, consultancy and technical leadership across a broad range of industry sectors including Financial Services (both banking and insurance), manufacturing, life-science, government and energy. Twenty years senior management experience developing consulting and technical teams and IT-Consulting capability portfolios according to market trends and needs with changing technology and regulatory environments. Developed German-wide and EMEA-wide consultancy teams in Transformation and Consulting, with a demonstrated level of building the right teams for the changing market, exceeding projected targets and returning very high client satisfaction. Group management responsibility for teams in five countries, with up to 370 consultants/employees within team. Sales support and business development for national and global accounts.
Paquita Lamacraft
By developing fast, effective collaborative analysis inside organisations, Paquita has designed and led transformational strategic projects across a diverse range of industry sectors. These address rapidly evolving operational complexities, compliance, supply chain issues, IT resilience, AI use, and critical reassessment of core offerings – all of which need elegantly simplified supporting operations. Professional, well-read in several languages, persuasive and analytical, Paquita has worked across EMEA, North America, and Australasia. This brings 25+ years of wider perspective to benefit client organisations of all sizes.
Ibrahim E. Janho
With more than 25 years of experience in different industry sectors, Ibrahim Emile Janho has consulted on, and developed projects and companies in Europe and Middle East (Jordan and Dubai). He has developed a wide range of software in the fields of B2B, B2C, e-Commerce, property finance, ERP/CRM, HIS, and eGovernment. Ibrahim graduated as Diplom-Informatiker – equivalent to MA of Computer Science.
John Ingham
John has extensive experience as an Innovation Director. He advises across a broad range of market sectors on developing and building end-to-end, both online and physical. Projects include creating and developing online entertainment contests, developing a film and music download service for a leading electronics retailer, advising mobile telecoms on digital content strategies, and customer analysis on new car buying for a major car brand. He has helped companies in Japan, EMEA, Europe, Britain and the USA, at every level from startup to global. With deep knowledge of the music and film industries he has advised entertainment conglomerates on customer insight, strategic direction, and innovation.
